We are recruiting Female Support Worker due to a genuine occupational requirement of the persons we support therefore this role is exempt from the Equality Act 2010 Part Schedule 9. About this role In this role, you''ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client. What you''ll be doing: 12-hour waking night shifts (21:00 - 9:00) Delivering person-centred, one-to-one care Supporting with all aspects of daily living and personal care Providing specialist clinical support (full training provided) Preparing meals and supporting household routines Supporting the client to engage in outings hobbies and activities Building a strong, trusting relationship through consistent care Build positive working relationships, communicate openly and professionally, and contribute to a supportive and ..... full job details .....
