Female Mental Health Community Worker

About the Role

Together are looking for a caring and reliable-Female Mental Health Community Worker-to provide person-centred support to individuals within the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide emotional and practical support.
• Promote independence, wellbeing and dignity.
• Support individuals with appointments and community activities.
• Build positive and professional relationships.
• Follow care plans, safeguarding procedures and company policies.
• Record and report any concerns appropriately.

Requirements

• Previous experience in mental health, healthcare or social care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, reliable and professional.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. (Business insurance required)
• Willingness to travel across the South of the country
