Female Healthcare Assistant/ support worker

Full job description We are currently looking for experienced Support Workers / Carers to support a young person with Autism, ADHD, and a Learning Disability. Role Requirements: Must have at least 6 months of recent care experience Must have experience working with individuals with autism or learning disabilities Able to manage challenging behaviour with a calm and patient approach Experience using PECS and Now and Next communication tools is desirable Must be confident supporting in the community (2:1 support) Must be proactive in engaging the young person in outdoor and sensory activities (walks, soft play, swimming, etc.) Shifts: Friday: 17 00 Saturday: 10 00 Sunday: 10 30 (8.5 hours per week) Holidays: 10 hours per week (flexible) If you are caring, patient, and experienced, we would love to hear from you.
