About Alford House Alford House is a youth and community organisation with a long history of providing young people with safe, welcoming and structured opportunities. We believe young people need places where they can feel comfortable, build trusted relationships and develop their confidence. We are looking for someone who can help us make Alford House an even more welcoming place for young women. The role As our Female Health and Wellbeing Youth Worker, you will lead our female participation strategy through health, fitness and wellbeing programmes. You will deliver female gym sessions, provide mentoring and wellbeing support, promote healthy lifestyles and positive physical activity, and help young women access the wider opportunities available at Alford House.
