      <description>Location: Eastwood | Salary: 14.26-14.26 Hourly | Type: Temporary | Job Summary Location: NG16 Support: 1 to 1 Salary: 14.21 per hour (UMBRELLA) Full job description We are looking for compassionate and experienced Female Support Workers/Carers to provide support within the home of a young boy with additional needs, including being non-verbal, global developmental delay, and suspected autism. Responsibilities:  Provide consistent supervision and support within the home environment. Support a non-verbal young boy with global developmental delay and suspected autism. Assist with communication, emotional regulation, and personal care development. Plan and deliver calm, structured, and sensory-friendly activities tailored to his needs. Ensure his safety at all times while encouraging participation in age-appropriate and community-based activities. Provide respite support to the family and liaise with professionals when required.  Requirements:  Female driver with a valid UK driving license and drives. At least 6 months recent care experience in the UK.
