      <description>Location: Eastwood | Salary: &amp;pound;12.71/hour | Type: Temporary | Job Description:-Female HCA /Support Worker   Location: -NG16   Salary: 12.71 per hour (PAYE)     Full job description   We are looking for compassionate and experienced- Female HCA / Support Workers- to provide support within the home of a young boy with additional needs, including being non-verbal, global developmental delay, and suspected autism.   Responsibilities:     Provide consistent supervision and support within the home environment.   Support a non-verbal young boy with global developmental delay and suspected autism.   Assist with communication, emotional regulation, and personal care development.   Plan and deliver calm, structured, and sensory-friendly activities tailored to his needs.   Ensure his safety at all times while encouraging participation in age-appropriate and community-based activities.   Provide respite support to the family and liaise with professionals when required.    Requirements:     Female driver with a valid UK driving license(must drive).   At least 6 months recent care experience in the UK.   Experience supporting children with autism, sensory needs, and complex behaviours.
