This role involves delivering high-quality care and support to clients within the community while using a company pool car.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend the office at the start of each shift to collect a pool carTravel between client visits on an allocated runProvide personal care in a respectful and person-centred mannerSupport with medication administrationAssist with meal preparationOffer general support and companionship to service usersMaintain accurate care records and follow care plansTraining and SupportThe client will provide:Full day inductionRole-specific trainingUniformCompany pool carThis ensures all staff are fully prepared and confident before starting shifts.Commitment RequiredAs the client will be investing in training and induction as they would their own staff:Workers must be reliable and committedExpected to pick up as many shifts as possibleMinimum guaranteed 25 hours per week to start, increasing over timeCandidate RequirementsFemale care worker (due to client requirements)Full UK driving licencePrevious experience in domiciliary or community care (preferred)Able to commit to evening and weekend shiftsLocal ..... full job details .....
