This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about person-centred care and confident in supporting an individual who requires close supervision, reassurance, and assistance both at home and in the community.  About the Role  The individual requires 2:1 support due to significant disabilities, complex communication needs, limited awareness of danger, and behaviours that may place herself or others at risk.  Working as part of a two-person support team, you will help maintain the individual''s safety and wellbeing while promoting dignity, choice, and independence.
