Female Cerebral Palsy Support Worker

to support our male client in Merthyr Tydfil, due to our client’s needs.The client lives with his family in a fully adapted house. Support is required for a young man who can mobilize using an electric wheelchair, communicate verbally, and access his community.The role involves supporting activities of daily living with an emphasis on independence, providing assistance in our client’s purpose-built property that he owns, and supporting community activities where he has an active social life.Hours:

Days and occasional sleeping nightsResponsibilities:Assisting with mobility, feeding, washing, bathing, and dressingUsing moving and handling equipment to promote independence and safetyAn enhanced DBS check and full training will be provided, along with support from our clinical lead nurse.Additional benefits:Weekly payOpportunity to develop skills in support work alongside experienced professionals*Double Covid vaccination may be mandatory depending on the client’s needs.*Our Safeguarding Commitment
