Female Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality support to individuals in care homes or in their own homes, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities and implementing care plans tailored to their specific needs. Currently, no sponsorship is offered Please note: Only Female Applicants can be considered due to the nature of the contracts we have currently. As this role involves giving care to patients in their own home you must have a driving license and have access to a vehicle. Duties Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support individuals with mobility and movement around their home or care facility. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Implement care plans as directed by healthcare professionals, ensuring all requirements are met. Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in condition. Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed, ensuring their safety during transport. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organised environment.
