Fee Earner

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fee Earner to join our reputable firm based in Bedfordshire. This role involves undertaking private client work, including wills, powers of attorney, trusts, probate, and estate administration, primarily within the specialist areas of family, wills, trusts, and probate law. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a busy caseload with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients, maintaining effective communication with all parties involved, and ensuring cases are conducted efficiently and in accordance with the firm''s policies and ethical standards. The Fee Earner will work closely with the Director, contributing to the firm''s overall objectives and reputation, while managing case preparation, client instructions, and timely billing. It requires a proactive individual capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities with excellent organisational and communication skills.
