Fee Earner - Residential and Commercial ConveyancingSalary 45-65,000 (DOE)PermanentCrawley office - Monday-FridayStandard Hours: 8.45am - 5.00pm28 days holiday +closed during Christmas / New Year breakWe are looking for an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our clients Residential and Commercial Property Department.The successful candidate will manage their own caseload from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion, while helping to develop and grow the firm''s commercial property presence.Key ResponsibilitiesManage residential and commercial conveyancing matters from start to finish.Provide clear, accurate legal advice and excellent client service.Prepare and review legal documents and ensure files are maintained accurately.Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties.Progress transactions efficiently and meet deadlines and performance targets.Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional and internal procedures.Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.About YouExperience managing a conveyancing caseload independently.Strong knowledge of residential conveyancing, with commercial property experience or an interest in developing this area.Excellent communication, organisational and client care skills.A proactive, professional and commercially minded approach.The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.We look forward to receiving your application soon. ..... full job details .....
