An experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager for a busy, corporate and meeting and events driven hotelTo run all food and beverage operations throughout the hotel and manage the team to ensure all areas run to the required standards at all timesWorking as part of a motivated team, you will provide constant levels of excellent service and customer relations to all guests.With a friendly, professional, and outgoing personality, you will help to drive sales within the food and beverage areas of the operationEnhance customer service standardsImprove efficiencies within the food and beverage areas of the hotel leading to increased profitability and overall performanceThe Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Conference and Banqueting or Food and Beverage manager within a hotel or venueExcellent self management skills are a must for the successful Food and Beverage Operations ManagerThe ability to make decisions under pressureFood and Beverage Operations Manager must be organized and have strong leadership and communication skillsMust have an engaging personality with plenty of energyThe Location
