Oversee all Food and Beverage operations including restaurant, afternoon teas, and functions
Lead, train, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service
Manage administration such as rotas, ordering, and stock control
Ensure service standards remain consistently high across the department
Be the face of the team, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere
What we''re looking for
Previous experience in hotel FandB management
Strong leadership and organisational skills
