Food and Beverage Cost Controller .Role Overview:
Manage food and beverage invoices, cross-check against purchase orders, and collaborate with the receiving team to ensure quality controls.Process orders and invoices, maintaining optimal stock levels for the department.Work hours are mainly Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5:30 pm, with weekend work as needed.About You:
Experience in food and beverage cost control or bar stock control within a hotel environment.Strong financial and numerical skills with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Excel, Micros, Opera, or similar systems.Company Benefits:
