The position is focused on the accurate processing, auditing and analysis of Low Voltage fault information and supporting operational activities across the business. Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately input complex Low Voltage fault reports into the Outage Management System.Audit Low Voltage fault reports to ensure compliance with business requirements.Correct and amend fault reports identified through audit processes.Analyse system data and site information.Interrogate Low Voltage network records.Input and maintain data within MS Access databases.Prepare data for annual Quality of Service regulatory submissions.Support wider business activities relating to Customer Service and 12-hour restoration targets.
