Fault Reporting OperativeLocation: Leeds Salary: 15.28 - 16.73 per hour Hours: Full Time, Offie Baased, Monday to Friday, 8:00am and 6:00pmContract: Temp, 13-month Maternity CoverStart Date: 1st July 2026 We are recruiting for a Fault Reporting Operative to join the Fault Reporting team within the Customer Service Directorate of a major energy network operator.Whilst the team sits within Customer Service, this is not a traditional customer service role. The position is focused on the accurate processing, auditing and analysis of Low Voltage fault information and supporting operational activities across the business. Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately input complex Low Voltage fault reports into the Outage Management System.Audit Low Voltage fault reports to ensure compliance with business requirements.Correct and amend fault reports identified through audit processes.Analyse system data and site information.Interrogate Low Voltage network records.Input and maintain data within MS Access databases.Prepare data for annual Quality of Service regulatory submissions.Support wider business activities relating to Customer Service and 12-hour restoration targets.
