Role: Fast Track Fee Earner Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid We are working in partnership with a well-established legal practice to recruit a Fast Track Fee Earner to join their Non-MOJ Motor team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced personal injury professional to manage a varied caseload of fast-track RTA claims within a supportive and structured environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for progressing cases efficiently from pre-litigation through to settlement or litigation, ensuring a high standard of client care and compliance with procedural requirements throughout.Key RequirementsExperience handling your own caseload of RTA pre-litigated claimsStrong understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and litigation processQualified Solicitor or CILEX-qualified (with practising rights preferred but not essential)Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple files effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detailConfident using case management systems and Microsoft OfficeStrong negotiation skills with a pragmatic, commercially aware approachAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentProactive attitude towards learning and professional developmentKey ResponsibilitiesManage a high-volume caseload of pre- and post-litigation RTA non-portal claimsTake ownership of client matters, ..... full job details .....
