Fast-Fit Centre Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Fast-Fit Centre Manager to lead our busy fast fit centre in Yeovil. • Monday to Friday working hours, 8:30am to 5:30pm

Duties:

• Lead, motivate and develop the team, encouraging sales performance and providing training where required
• Improve customer conversion rates by ensuring effective telephone etiquette and call-back procedures
• Manage the day-to-day operation and smooth running of the depot
• Safeguard branch stock, assets, customer data and cash handling
• Maintain accurate stock control systems and ensure records remain audit-ready
• Ensure equipment and machinery are regularly maintained and serviced
• Receive, store and accurately record stock deliveries on the day of arrival
• Maintain accurate service records and complete all required documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional standards at all times
• Take a hands-on approach to operational excellence and team performance

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fast-Fit Centre Manager or Assistant Fast-Fit Centre Manager within the automotive industry
• Demonstrable success in a sales environment
• Mechanical experience and strong automotive knowledge
• Experience managing multiple priorities effectively
• Good working understanding of relevant health and safety requirements
• Understanding of evolving vehicle technology
• Outstanding customer service and account management skills
• A full UK driving licence
• The successful Fast-Fit Centre Manager will be confident, commercially aware and committed to achieving high standards
