Fast Fit Branch Manager

Fast Fit Branch / Centre Manager Required in Birmingham

- Basic up to £36,000
- Bonus earnings up to £42,000+  (Uncapped)
- Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm. Some Saturdays may be required, depending on the workload.

Our cleint is looking for a Centre Manager to be hands-on and have previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician 

Duties:

- Leading, managing, and inspiring a team of skilled automotive technicians.
- Creating a high-performance culture focused on success, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring operational performance aligns with business KPIs and customer service expectations.
- Managing costs and margins to maximise profitability across the centre.
- Driving revenue growth through smart resource planning and operational efficiency.
- Setting clear departmental goals and ensuring effective execution to hit targets.
- Aligning centre strategies with broader company objectives to ensure long-term success.
- Promoting customer satisfaction and building strong client relationships.
- Overseeing merchandising and stock management routines to maintain an organised and effective centre.

Requirements:

- Proven experience managing technical teams in a fast-paced automotive environment.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
- Strong knowledge of performance metrics and operational KPIs.
- A track record of controlling costs and driving profitability.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple functions efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Exceptional planning and execution capabilities across departments.
