What You''ll Be Doing As the Fashion Trading Lead, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow the category, enhance the buyer journey, and deliver impactful trading and marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include: Driving category growth through innovative trading strategies and central business initiatives. Leading promotional campaigns and buyer activation activities in partnership with Marketing and Site Merchandising teams. Developing and executing strategic plans aligned to wider business objectives. Analysing customer behaviour, performance data, and market insights to identify opportunities and improve results. Collaborating with internal teams including Marketing, Account Management, Finance, Customer Service, Legal, and Seller Development.
