This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and skilled operatives with experience installing high-quality external finishes on commercial or residential projects. Duties Include: Installing fascia, soffit and rainwater goods. Fitting a range of external cladding systems to a high standard. Measuring, cutting and installing materials accurately. Working from drawings and site specifications. Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Working efficiently as part of a professional site team. Requirements: Proven experience installing fascia, soffits and external cladding. Valid CSCS Card (essential). Own tools and full PPE. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship. Reliable with excellent timekeeping. IPAF or PASMA certification is advantageous but not essential. Temporary
