This is a hands-on outdoor role, ideal for candidates who enjoy practical work and working in a farming environment.Key Responsibilities:Processing farm seed to required standardsConducting quality checks on seed productsTaking seed samples for testing and inspectionOperating, maintaining, and checking seed processing machineryFollowing all Health and Safety procedures and site regulationsCarrying out manual handling and physical tasks as requiredDriving company vans between farms and field locationsRequirements:Full UK Driving Licence (essential)Own transport is required to get to site each morning - not accessible on public transportComfortable working outdoors in all weather conditionsGood attention to detail and ability to follow proceduresReliable, hardworking, and safety-consciousPrevious agricultural or farming experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be providedWhat ..... full job details .....
