What''s the role?As Farm Operations Manager you will be reporting to the Farms Director and overseeing day-to-day farm operations. This includes responsibility for delivering the diverse and complex operations across the 4800ha agri-business, with additional activities in forestry, development sites and the wider estate. You will be part of an elite team, leading very high calibre arable operators who each have specific expertise and dedicated machines. Your role will span operational planning, team leadership, contractor management, machinery and safety, budgeting, purchasing and exploring new technologies to improve how the business operates.
