Set across more than 500 acres of stunning Welsh countryside, this privately owned Estate is embarking on an ambitious journey: creating a commercially sustainable, nature-rich farming enterprise where livestock, biodiversity and conservation work together. Working directly alongside the Estate Owner, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of the Estate developing a low-input grazing system centred around native rare breeds, restoring habitats and creating a model for regenerative farming. Alongside the livestock enterprises, the Estate is also home to rare breed wild horses, forming an important part of its conservation vision. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in equestrian management and experience handling horses would be highly valued. This is an opportunity for someone who believes productive farming and nature recovery should complement one another.
