This is an excellent opportunity for a practical and proactive individual to join a well-established operation, playing a key role in maintaining equipment, facilities and the smooth day-to-day running of the site. Key Details: £35,000 - 40,000 per annum Monday to Friday Day time hours Impressive, large scale poultry farm facility This is a varied, hands-on position that combines maintenance responsibilities with general farm support duties. The successful candidate will work closely with the farm management team to ensure buildings, machinery and site services remain safe, efficient and fully operational. Key responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance across farm equipment, machinery and site facilities. Respond to breakdowns and complete repairs efficiently to minimise operational disruption. Diagnose and resolve mechanical faults and basic electrical issues. Maintain and repair motors, pumps, conveyors, feeding systems, belts, chains and associated equipment. Monitor the condition of buildings, equipment and services, addressing maintenance issues as they arise. Assist with site improvement projects and general repair work.
