Farm Instructor Are you passionate about agriculture and committed to developing the next generation of farming professionals? Hadlow College, Kent''s only land-based college and part of North Kent College, is looking for an enthusiastic Farm Instructor to join our team. Based at our 250-acre mixed enterprise farm, you will support learners through practical agricultural education while contributing to the day-to-day operation of our commercial beef, sheep and arable enterprises. You will support students with practical lessons and assessments, delivering demonstrations and guidance while maintaining high standards of health and safety, animal welfare and learner support. Working closely with curriculum staff and the Farm Management Team, you will help create an engaging learning environment where students can develop industry-standard skills and gain valuable experience in a working farm environment. Alongside teaching support, you will assist with the daily running of the College farms, including livestock management, grassland maintenance, farm estate upkeep and routine operational tasks. You will also support the preparation of practical facilities, equipment and resources, maintain accurate records, and contribute to College events and student opportunities.
