Farm Improvement and Innovation Coordinator

Role OverviewWynnstay Group is looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Farm Improvement and Innovation Co-ordinator to support the delivery of our Farm Improvement and Innovation product range across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing people, products and processes together to ensure customers receive an efficient and reliable service. Acting as a central point of contact for Stores, Field Sales, suppliers, transport providers and internal teams, you will help keep orders, quotations, product information and customer enquiries moving smoothly from initial request through to completion. The role offers a varied mix of co-ordination, administration and customer support activities, requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will play an important role in ensuring products and services are delivered accurately and on time while maintaining high standards of customer service. Working closely with colleagues across the business, you will support the management of farm improvement solutions, including ventilation systems, feed silos, pre-cast concrete products and bespoke customer requirements. You will also assist with grant-related enquiries, product maintenance and transport co-ordination, helping to deliver a seamless customer experience.
