Farm Grower £35,000 - £40,000 per year We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Farm Operations Supervisor / Grower to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing labour efficiently, controlling growing costs, and supporting crop development through collaboration with seed suppliers and trial work with new varieties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with agricultural experience who enjoys working in a practical, hands-on environment while contributing to operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage labour resources effectively and maintain a commercially focused approach to operations Monitor and manage growing costs accordingly Work closely with seed suppliers Conduct trials with new crop varieties Provide feedback and trial results to company directors Support general farm operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities Qualifications and Requirements Full driving licence Experience in labour management Strong written and spoken English Good understanding of computers and tablet-based software systems Forklift and pedestrian truck licence (desirable) Job Details Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: On-site / In person Benefits Company car Cycle to Work scheme Free parking On-site parking Bereavement ..... full job details .....
