THE ROLE The role will lead the Poplar Farming Daffodil growing operation, in Cornwall and will take responsibility for all aspects of the day to day operation, across the various seasons of the calendar year. The role will head up a small management team at local level, while being part of a wider group that has support from sister operations across the UK. Responsibilities will include budget management, resource management and engagement with all local stakeholders, at all levels. The role requires dedication and attention to detail across the growing seasons. ABOUT YOU Suitable candidates will have had experience in growing horticultural crops to a high level of industry compliance, using modern equipment.
