FandB Supervisor

FandB Supervisor - Live in available. We''re looking for an experienced FandB Supervisor to join a busy hospitality. This is a hands-on supervisory position for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading a team and making sure the operation runs smoothly from preparation through to service. You''ll play an important role in keeping the Food and Beverage team organised and ensuring guests receive a consistently high standard of service across the hotel''s restaurant, bar and events operation. The Role As FandB Supervisor, you will: Supervise and support the FandB team throughout daily service. Help coordinate breakfast, lunch and dinner operations. Make sure the restaurant and bar are properly prepared before service. Allocate tasks and provide direction to the team during busy periods. Help improve the organisation and efficiency of the FandB operation. Support weddings, private functions and other events. Assist with the training and development of junior team members. Lead by example and maintain high standards of service and presentation. Work closely with the wider management team to ensure the smooth running of the operation. About You We''re looking for someone with previous FandB supervisory experience who is confident taking responsibility for a shift and leading a team. You don''t need to have been an FandB Manager.
