FandB Interior Designer

An Interior Designer job is now available in North London with a studio specialising in FandB and hospitality projects. The successful candidate will be a competent Vectorworks user with experience in concept development, interior architecture and FFandE.The company has been established for two decades, working on a variety of hospitality, FandB and retail projects in the UK and overseas. They pride themselves on their ability to create practical and timeless interiors. With an ever-growing pipeline of projects, they are currently looking for an experienced Interior Designer to join their creative team.Role and Responsibilities Understanding and taking responsibility for the client''s brief and the project challenges Visualising concepts (hand drawn/software based sketches) and preparing client presentations Producing layout plans and marking up CAD drawings for juniors to assist Material research and proposals Dealing directly with clients, contractors and third parties Working within the timelines and fee constraints of a project Preparing application information for statutory applications, i.e planning/building control/CDM On site inspections and project delivery.Required Skills and Experience 4+ years'' of FandB and/or hospitality experience in the UK Proven experience working on projects from concept through to delivery Strong communication and client-facing skills and experience Familiarity with building regulations and planning issues and ability to address relevant ..... full job details .....
