As F&B Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the restaurant, bar, breakfast, room service, and meetings & events operations. You will work closely with senior management to ensure seamless service delivery, maximise departmental performance, and maintain an exceptional guest experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a motivated manager who enjoys developing teams, driving standards, and leading from the front.

The Ideal Candidate

We''re looking for an ambitious hospitality professional with previous management experience within a hotel or high-volume food and beverage environment.

You will:

• Have proven experience managing a food and beverage operation
• Be passionate about delivering exceptional guest service
• Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills
• Be commercially aware with experience managing budgets and costs
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Be committed to developing and motivating your team

This position would suit an existing F&B Manager or a strong Assistant F&B Manager looking to step into their first departmental leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all food and beverage operations across the hotel
• Lead, develop, and motivate the F&B team
• Ensure consistently high standards of service and guest satisfaction
• Manage staffing levels, training, and recruitment
• Drive revenue growth and departmental profitability
• Monitor stock control, costs, and budgets
• Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
• Support the successful delivery of meetings, events, and functions
