This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled family support professional who is passionate about helping families achieve positive, sustainable change. You will work in partnership with families to build trusting relationships, identify strengths and challenges, develop tailored support plans and deliver interventions that improve outcomes for children and young people. You will hold an allocated caseload and take responsibility for coordinating support from a range of professionals and partner agencies.
