As a Family Team Recovery Worker, you will work within a trauma-informed, gender-responsive and child-centred service, providing structured support to women and families with complex needs. You will play a key role in delivering Oasis Project''s Parenting Our Children, Accessing Recovery (POCAR) programme, working directly with mothers and, where appropriate, fathers who may be involved with Children''s Social Care.
