If so, this is an exciting opportunity to join Oasis Project, an award-winning charity delivering specialist drug and alcohol treatment and recovery services for women, children and families.  As a Family Team Recovery Worker, you will work within a trauma-informed, gender-responsive and child-centred service, providing structured support to women and families with complex needs. You will play a key role in delivering Oasis Project''s Parenting Our Children, Accessing Recovery (POCAR) programme, working directly with mothers and, where appropriate, fathers who may be involved with Children''s Social Care.  This is a varied, rewarding and sometimes emotionally demanding role where you will work within a team to manage a caseload, deliver individual and group interventions, contribute to safeguarding and child protection processes, and work closely with Children''s Social Care and partner agencies to support positive outcomes for families.  ...</description>
