You will work alongside qualified Social Workers and partner agencies to safeguard vulnerable children, support care planning and deliver direct interventions that promote positive outcomes, wellbeing and resilience. Key Responsibilities Provide practical and direct support to children, young people and families in their homes and the community. Contribute to assessments, care planning and reviews, maintaining a child-centred approach. Undertake home visits, welfare checks and safeguarding visits, identifying and reporting risks appropriately. Support children subject to Child in Need, Child Protection and Looked After Children plans. Support and supervise family contact in line with agreed care plans, including transport where required.
