What You''ll Be Doing Providing overnight supervision and support to children and young people, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and comfort throughout the night. Implementing care plans and support strategies as directed by senior staff, maintaining stability and consistency. Responding promptly and appropriately to emergencies, incidents, or behavioural challenges that may arise during the night. Maintaining accurate records of activities, incidents, and observations in line with organisational policies and procedures. Building positive, trusting relationships with children and young people to support their development and wellbeing. Working collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.
