This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning. Working as part of our Inclusion team, you will support students who may be struggling with behaviour, attendance, emotional wellbeing or engagement in school. You will build positive relationships with students and their families, work closely with teachers and external agencies, and help develop strategies that enable every child to succeed. Key Responsibilities Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with behavioural, emotional or social needs.
