RATE: up to 17.50 ph (umbrella) TYPE: Locum/Temp (Full time hours) CAR: Driver with own vehicle essential TEAM: Kinship Team Job Overview This is a newly created role forming part of a Kinship Local Offer, designed to provide practical, emotional and specialist support to carers and children following a Special Guardianship Order (SGO) or Child Arrangements Order (CAO). You will provide 1:1 support to kinship carers and children, helping families access the services, advice and resources they need to thrive. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting kinship carers with education and accessing relevant service Providing support around specific childcare and child development needs Offering advice and guidance around maintaining family relationships Supporting carers to access the Adoption Support Fund Facilitating and coordinating access to support through the fund Signposting carers to relevant training and development opportunities Providing practical and emotional support to carers and children Building positive relationships with families and partner services Identifying additional support needs and connecting families with ..... full job details .....
