The service supports children and young people aged 0–19 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and works closely with parents, carers, health professionals, schools, nurseries and other partner agencies. This is a varied and rewarding position involving direct work with children and young people alongside wider family and parent support. The successful candidate will ideally have experience within family support, children’s services or SEND and be confident building positive relationships with families from a range of backgrounds. Experience across different age groups would be particularly beneficial, although candidates do not need to have worked across the full 0–19 age range.
