Family Support Worker - Referral and Assessment

Our client Bolton council is looking for a Family Support Worker to join their Referral and Assessment team.Main DutiesTo contribute to risk assessments and protecting children and young people from danger, harm, and abuseTo plan and record interventions effectively, to support and contribute to the overall assessment held by referring social care teamsTo deliver quality interventions within the Framework for Action parenting capacity guidanceTo offer support and evidence-based intervention around child development using EYFS (Early Years Framework Strategy) guidance and behaviour management strategiesTo work in partnership with families on protection plans in their own home, where appropriateTo communicate and work with a range of professionals and agencies ensuring a seamless service for children and families, managing, and providing information to support effective decision-makingTo work alongside social workers contributing to assessments and care plansBenefits of working with RemedyA personal one-one service from your highly experienced dedicated consultant.Top tier supplier across London giving us first access to jobsReferral bonus - up to £250 per person placed.Double payrolls each week.
