As a Family Support Worker, you will deliver this flagship programme to families in Surrey, providing intensive one-to-one support to empower carers to become resilient, well-informed and equipped with strong support networks. You will assist them in navigating local ecosystems to unlock community assets.Additionally, you will play a key role in delivering the kinship programme in Surrey, ensuring prospective and new kinship carers understand their journey to becoming Special Guardians and access appropriate workshops and services.
