You will be responsible for delivering family-focused support and interventions that improve outcomes for children and help families access appropriate services and resources. Key Responsibilities: Work directly with children, young people and families to provide practical and emotional support. Support parents to develop their parenting capacity and improve outcomes for their children. Deliver early intervention and preventative services to families in need. Assess family needs and contribute to support plans. Liaise with partner agencies and professionals to ensure coordinated support.
