Due to increased demand, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Early Help Support Worker to join a community-focused service delivering early intervention and practical support to families across a Birmingham district. This organisation is committed to helping families access the right support at the right time and works closely with local authorities, voluntary sector partners and community organisations to achieve positive outcomes.   Your new role   As an Early Help Support Worker, you will manage a caseload of families requiring early intervention support and work collaboratively with local agencies and community groups to coordinate tailored support packages.
