      <description>Location: Birkenhead | Salary: &amp;pound;12.21/hour | Type: Temporary | Family Support Worker      A local authority is seeking a Family Support Worker to deliver early help and targeted interventions to children, young people (0-19) and families. This is a hands-on role focused on improving outcomes and preventing escalation of need through direct, intensive support.      The Role   You will work directly with families in their homes and communities, carrying out assessments, delivering structured support plans, and working closely with partner agencies. The role requires a proactive, flexible approach and a strong focus on safeguarding and positive outcomes. This is a temporary, 12 weeks contract with potential extension.
