Central London Council3 days per week - Monday, Wednesday and ThursdayAll shifts based on-siteRate: £15-£18 per hour (PAYE)Contract: 6+ month ongoing contractAbout the RoleHammersmith and Fulham Council is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Early Years Practitioner to contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality early years care and education. You will play a key role in supporting children aged 0-5 years, working as part of a collaborative team to deliver excellent front-line services in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.This role focuses on both direct work with children and holistic support for families experiencing a wide range of circumstances, helping them to nurture their child''s emotional, physical and learning development.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the development and maintenance of effective early years practices across the organisation.Work collaboratively with colleagues to build a strong resource base and expert network to support families.Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged birth to 5, in line with the EYFS curriculum.Support families through education, guidance and coaching to enhance their child''s health, emotional wellbeing and learning.Provide frontline support mainly within Children''s Centres, with some flexibility for work in other locations as needed.Identify families with high levels of need and facilitate access to appropriate support services.You May Support Families ..... full job details .....
