You will play a vital role in providing assistance and guidance to families in need. This position involves working closely with children and babies and their families to promote well-being, enhance family functioning, and ensure the infants receive the necessary support for their development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and babies and a commitment to fostering positive family dynamics.Duties of a Family Support Worker Engage with families to assess their needs and develop tailored support plans. Provide practical assistance and emotional support to families facing challenges. Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of family interactions and outcomes. Promote positive parenting techniques and effective communication within the family unit.Requirements Previous experience working with children, babies and families is essential. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with families from diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
