Key Duties Support parents with meeting their child''s care needs. Observe and record family interactions and parenting skills. Complete accurate reports and daily records. Monitor families through direct supervision and CCTV. Promote safeguarding and child welfare at all times. Help families develop positive parenting skills. Work alongside Social Workers and other professionals. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. What We''re Looking For Experience working with children, families, or vulnerable people Understanding of safeguarding and child protection Strong communication and report-writing skills Ability to work independently during waking nights Full UK Driving Licence Desirable Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent Experience in family support, residential childcare, or social care Knowledge of parenting assessments and trauma-informed practice What We Offer ...
