Family Support Worker - Waking Nights Weston-super-Mare 15.26 - 16.04 per hour 90 hours per month 8:30pm - 9:30am (Waking Nights) About the Role We''re looking for a caring and dedicated Family Support Worker to support parents and their children within a residential family assessment setting. Key Duties Support parents with meeting their child''s care needs. Observe and record family interactions and parenting skills. Complete accurate reports and daily records. Monitor families through direct supervision and CCTV. Promote safeguarding and child welfare at all times. Help families develop positive parenting skills. Work alongside Social Workers and other professionals. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
