This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Undertake direct work with children to understand their lived experience, wishes and feelings, and support identified outcomes. Deliver targeted family support interventions in line with Child in Need planning. Support parents and carers to develop effective parenting skills, routines, boundaries and safety planning. Complete agreed pieces of work delegated by Social Workers, including welfare visits, transport, practical support and task-centred interventions. Monitor and record progress against plans, identifying any emerging risks or concerns. Contribute to Child in Need meetings, Core Groups, reviews and other multi-agency planning processes as required. Maintain accurate, timely and child-focused case recordings and reports.
